My whole life I've always been thin. I only went through one chubby stage and that was when i was 6 months old. I've always been made fun of for it,but not as much until I entered my freshman year of high school. That's when the whispers got louder and the looks got more noticeable. I can't even wear a tank top or a fitting T-shirt without that group of girls looking at me.Its hurtful. Its not my fault I have a fast metabolism and I dance 5/7 days a week for a good 2 hours straight. Its hurtful because this one group of girls actually think I have an eating disorder when in reality i eat like a lineman for a professional football team. But the one thing that really struck a cord with me was last week was my school's "Spirit Week" and one of out theme days was "continent day" we had Europe so I was an Irish dancer and I wore one of leotards from my team costume instead of the full out dress. I was in my forensics class and this one girl from that group was talking to said group and she goes "Katie, how much do you weigh?" I just shrugged my shoulders and said "I don't know." It hurts because I know i don't have anything wrong with me but people think I do. I seriously don't care what people think about me but its the whispers and the looks. It kinda sucks.
